Why haven't I received my card?
There could be many reasons why you haven’t received your CapWay Visa debit card.
The most common reason is due to an issue with the address on file. Please verify your address by logging into the CapWay mobile app or website to confirm it is correct.
We recommend you wait at least 2 weeks for your card(s) to arrive.
If your address is incorrect or if it’s been more than two weeks and you still haven’t received your card, then please reach out to us for assistance via email or chat.
