Here are three free ways to check your credit report. 

 

Credit Karma

 

Credit Karma offers a free service to check and monitor your credit score. Credit Karma shows your credit report from two credit bureaus and alerts you when there are changes to your credit report. 

 

Annual Credit Report 

 

As required by law, you are entitled to obtain a free copy of your credit report annually from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies–Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. This free service will help you to track your credit yearly and accurately monitor your report. 

 

Credit Card Company 

 

Some credit card companies, such as Discover and American Express, offer a free service to check your credit report online or monthly. Many banks also offer free credit summaries with their credit products.
