How to Improve Your Credit Score

Working to establish or build good credit can seem overwhelming. Two steps can help you improve your score:

1. Pay bills on time - On-time payments have the biggest impact on your credit score. The best thing that you can do for your credit is to pay your debt on time every month.

2. Keep credit balances low Your credit balances have the second biggest impact on your credit score.  Your score will drop if your credit card balance is more than 30% of your credit limit.
