One of the Culture Meets Money initiatives is an annual internship program at CapWay for Black college students interested in finances, tech, or culture. While finances don't necessarily fall under the "cool" category, Black culture plays a major factor in everyday economics. This internship is to encourage, educate, and involve the next generation so that they can have an impact in changing the (lack of) financial access to the Black community.
